Why Work With Me?

10 years ago I wrote: "Being social creatures, humans are fascinated by what each other are doing, but it is the why of human behaviour that draws me to Psychology."
A decade later & I'm still as nosey as ever about why people do what they do, but I now have the credentials that let me put this fascination and knowledge to good use.
(A BSc, MA and PGCert in the fields of Psychology and Mental Health, as well as an accredited Diploma in Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching.)
My coaching approach is inspired by the huge transitions I've been through myself, peaked by a solo move from England to Spain, which catalysed a whole bunch of life-changing self-reflection and self-development that I could never have predicted.

I perform improv comedy regularly in my spare time and I love being out in nature, so creativity and humour also infuse my coaching practice.
